I bring you Renaissance

Hi Beauties
been dying to get this blog post written but needed to hold back as you know I like to test things 1st so I can be 100% honest with what I am writing, but now I have had these over a week now as that is all I have been wearing on my lips I can share my thoughts 🙂
So today’s blog I bring you…….
img_20170304_143116_196.jpg
Makeup Revolution Renaissance Lipsticks.
Well 3 anyway lol.
I you watch my videos when buying lipsticks I tend to buy 3 of a collection, this gives me enough lipstick to try them out and see weather I would be buying more.
I am a big fan Makeup revolution as it is a brand that is so affordable, great quality and keeps up with what consumers are wanting.
I own quite a lot of lipsticks from this brand and at 1st it was so affordable I was able to build my collection and now I buy because they are great lipsticks.
Ok so 3 weeks ago MUR launched the Renaissance collection and I was immediately on the website checking them out. I loved the new style packaging and wanted to try them for myself.
The 1st thing I noticed when they arrived was they are not plastic casing, this is a 1st or this brand. They have brought out different shape, colour casing but always plastic. These are metal or tin maybe but whatever the material they feel great, heavy  and solid.
It straight away reminded me of CT brand lipsticks which was quite exciting lol. They have gone a little further on the packaging this time too but embossing the name on the lid and adding it to the inside casing. Just adds more class in my opinion and all this just £4.00 each.
So I bought 3 and here’s my thoughts.
dsc_1076.jpg
1, Classic.
Red in color, this has no under tones it’s just a simple red which yes the name is perfect Classic red. Olden days film stars red lips lipstick.
This is the 1st one I tried as I do love a red lip 🙂 soft and glides on nicely, sheen finish and didn’t bleed into my pesky little lines on my upper lip lol.
I went about my day and just casually checking my lips every so often, as you do lol.
Yes it does transfer from lip to cup but doesn’t need that o quick I have ruined my lipstick look. I felt after about 3 hours I did need a top up, which is about normal on my lips.
dsc_1077.jpg
2. Renew
A beautiful creamy brown slight purple undertone lipstick. Again no bleeding and not as sheen as the Classic. Soft and glides easy. A beautiful color that is not over powering on the lips, I like to think this is more of an elegant lip color and love wearing this with simple makeup looks.
Last around the 3 hour mark again.
dsc_1078.jpg
3. Awaken.
A beautiful creamy brown nude lipstick. Again no bleeding and not as sheen as the Classic. Soft and glides easy. A beautiful nude that I have to be honest is my favorite out the 3. Who would believe that nude would be a favorite o mine, i you know me I am bold lip gal. But this is beautiful and goes with any makeup look and without makeup which is great because I get to wear lippie even on no makeup days Yes!!!
Last around the 3 hour mark again.
I have to say that Makeup Revolution have out done themselves this time on packaging and I swear they have changed the formula because as much as I love a MUR lippie these have to be the creamiest by far.
I am defiantly off to buy more of these, they are just perfect for this time of year 🙂

Beauty & The Beast LIB time.

Hi Beauties
Today I wanted to share with you the Collaboration box Latest in beauty has brought out.
Now Beauty & The Beast is my favorite Disney movie so when I knew LIB was bring this box out I knew I had to buy it.
I have a monthly subscription with LIB and on top of the box you can also buy extra boxes that are put together in collaboration with who it maybe at the time.
So this box cost me £20 and to be honest I wasn’t actually bothered by what was inside lol it was the box I wanted, because it will make a beautiful keepsake on my side.
—————————————————————–
So my box arrived 5 days after ordering and I couldn’t wait to get it open, off upstairs I went and made a video which I have to say was probably the most excited mad filming I have ever done lol. Video here
O
k so I opened the box and it felt like it was singing to me lol. The box it’s self is made of strong cardboard and the beautiful design is embossed and relly looks like a book, which I find so nice and appealing.
dsc_1058.jpg
The 1st thing I noticed when opening was how they had packaged it, with those wiggle paper worms and red material petals, this really is attractive.
I almost didn’t want to spoil it but then I was excited to see what was in the box after all.
————————————————————————–
dsc_1067.jpg
This beautiful compact mirror, has a rose design on the top and latest in beauty on the bottom. Its not very heavy and does feel cheap, but having said that it’s light so handbag friendly .
dsc_1061.jpg
Full size product and the cheapest I have found it is here for £32. Most places it is £40/45
that is really good for a £20 box.

Gatineau Pro-Radiance Enhancing Gommage

An exfoliator for sensitive skin, this uses a mild enzymatic formula to remove dead skin cells. No Beads which I really like. this gel formula is so gentle it can even be used over crows feet and around the eyes. Enriched with vitamin c to help boost skin’s natural defense.

dsc_1062.jpg
This is 10ml sample size. Actual size 40ml and can be found here for £23.
That works out for this sample £5.25.
caudalie vinosource moisture sorbet
Reactivates skins hydration, helping to maintain the water in your skin. Helps to keep skin soft and subtle.

dsc_1063.jpg
Full size product 3.4g. Cheapest I have found is here  for £9.99.
Burt’s Bees Lipstick. Blush Basin.
Hydrates and moistuises lips for 8 hours
Comes in 18 shades of satin-smooth colours, 100% natural ingredients, Creamy and lightweight feel, ideal for everyday wear.

dsc_1064.jpg
This freaked me out a bit because well it is used in salons mainly in US and not widely sold here, so couldn’t find it cheap anywhere,
Amazon are selling it here for £69 yes you read right £69. 286ml
Ours is travel size and 43ml which would work out something pretty mad for this product.
Translucent spray cleans up dirt & oils in the hair. Helps hair feel thicker and cleaner.

dsc_1065.jpg
Full size 30ml £8.00. product here
S
ample size 10ml £2.66.
I own a few of the sample sizes and they are a very good product.

The Ordinary

Hi Beauties
Today I bring you 3 little beauty finds that I have been loving for a few weeks now, they are called  The Ordinary cosmetic skincare by Deciem.
Click HERE for website
The Ordinary came to light for me when I was watching a youtuber talk about their primer and how for the price it was good stuff. So as you do with all products you don’t know, you research.
Basically what they have done is stripped back on everything except one thing, the ingredients you actually need. No fancy packaging (even though I love the look) no fancy fragrance, no ingredients that just makes the product up, just good old fashion product in a bottle.
Now this accounts for the price too, because there is no fanciness going into these products it reflex the price to pay. AFFORDABLE.
This is what we want isn’t it?
Well yes now and again I do get drawn in on those fabulous packaging too be quickly disappointed with the actual product and sometimes I love cheap and cheerful.
dsc_1048.jpg
These are the 3 products I bout.
from left to right, Advanced Retinoid 2%, High-Adherence silicone primer, Hyaluronic Acid 2%,

Advanced Retinoid 2%
Retinoid is used in skincare as part of an anti-aging skincare. and with me being a golden oldie I wanted to try this to see how well it worked against my aging skin.
Ok so with Retinoid you need to be careful of uv rays, so your advised to use this in the PM, also not to use any other Retinoid product along side this.
It comes in a brown glass bottle and a droplet. At night time once I have cleaned my skin I take the droplet and add a couple of drops onto the tips of my fingers. This is a runny consistency and is white so easy to see if its running away lol.
I apply these in circler movements around my face and you can feel it soaking deep in, I normally have to use the dropper twice to cover all my face.
I didn’t notice any change in my skin for the 1st couple of weeks with this product but now it is noticeable, the fine lines haven’t grown out on my crows feet the slight lines on my forehead are almost invisible (still there just not as noticeable) by morning I can feel the even feeling along my skin too.
Click Here for product.

Hyaluronic Acid 2%
HA helps the plumpness in the skin and also hydration.
I 1st tried this and my face went red, I worried at 1st but noticed it wasn’t burning or irritating so I carried on using this. You can apply this both am & pm but for me I only use this in the am. This too comes in a glass bottle and droplet. The formula is a bit thicker and clear.I do find this one doesn’t glide on the skin as easy as so I do it in stages, cheeks then nose ect. it soaks in quickly and I feel it gets to work right away. You can feel the skin smoothing as you soak it in and after a while I started to notice that plumpness I had been losing. After a couple of hours my skin felt so soft I couldn’t stop touching it lol, it is as soft as a babys bum.
Now what has changed since using this also is my makeup, my skin feels so good that now I don’t wear foundation on a daily basis, I find I can miss this step as my skin feels great and really does look great.
Click HERE  for product.

High-Adherence Silicone primer.
As I explained this product is how I came to know and love THE ORDINARY Range and I am so glad I stumbled across it. This is silicone which normally doesn’t quite sit well with my skin, it makes my skin shiny and almost slippery. So yes I had my doubts.
I was pleasantly surprised when it came, I squeezed a small amount on to my hand and to my surprise it is like a white face cream, after rubbing it in no shine no slippery feeling, I just felt soft.
This surprised me so off I went to try it on my face, it felt so light and it really did soak into my face like a face cream does. After applying foundation I was shocked to see it seemed like this primer was working as a filler, it gave the foundation an even surface to lay on and didn’t sink into my pores or lines. After 5 hours I checked my face, slight shine but I do have oily t-zone but nothing that a blot wouldn’t fix. I have used this a fair few times now and love it as must as the ones I pay around the £20 mark for. I now also use this primer if I feel I am having a bad day but don’t want foundation to cover up the cracks lol and again works well just using this as your base and nothing else.
Click HERE for product.

All in all I am so happy about these products that I have now asked for advice on other products to use from The Ordinary range. It really has given my skincare routine another kick up the backside and just in time for the spring weather of o naturel lol. You will be amazed by the prices of these products because it really does feel like I have been down Harley street and had treatment.

Zoeva Taupe. My heaven palette.

Hi Beauties
Let’s talk about Zoeva eye shadows.
Zoeva is the 1st higher end brand shadows that I ever tried and I am so glad I did.
Zoeva can be a little on the pricey side, but worth every penny as they are good quality products.
Ok so on with today’s palette.
img_20170304_091455_363.jpg
This is the TAUPE palette.
It comes in a sturdy cardboard casing. A sleeve for more protection and 10 shadows, each 0.5g.
Let’s start with the negative:
a small amount of fallout.
Now for the positives:
super pigmented.
Blends easy.
Long lasting,
Color for all occasions,
10 shadows 1 palette.
Powder but feels super creamy.
Shimmers and mattes.
Not over powering shimmer.

So as you just read the positives to this palette far out weigh the negatives. I left the palette how I use it to show you the fall out, I haven’t wiped it down for weeks, so you can tell it actually isn’t a lot.
When using these shadows I tend to only see a slight fall out when I have used the brush to hard on the pan.

dsc_1025.jpg
These are my all time favorite colors even though I actually use every color in this palette.
You can see by the swatches how pigment they are, also that the shimmers are gentle not over the top and therefore wearable for any occasion.
I have mentioned they are powder but on feel I would swear they are cream, the feel so soft and pack onto the lids with ease.
dsc_1021.jpg
On an every day look I love to use Sheens & Voiles, Handmade and Spun Pearl
dsc_1023.jpg
All 3 are shimmers but work so well together for an almost natural look.

This is my 2nd Taupe palette and they way I go through it I soon will be hitting pan again and onto my 3rd.

If you haven’t tried Zoeva eye shadows you are missing out. In the UK I buy mine from Beauty Bay at £18.50. That can look a bit frightening when buying a brand product for the 1st time, but if you do want to take the plunge this palette is a great starter on your raod to loving Zoeva.

Stylepro brush cleaner.

Hi Beauties
Today I wanted to let you know about the Stylpro makeup brush cleaner.
I was lucky enough to be bought this for Christmas, before this I had seen the odd review on this and other cheaper versions.
But like always I do read reviews but I do like to try things out for myself.
I have already made a review video, so if you want to watch that click here

Ok so its hard to show how to use this in pictures but I tried my best lol.
dsc_0652.jpg
This is what you get: A small glass bowl with rubber edging, hand device which takes 1 aaa battery, attachment, try of rubber holders all different sizes. I also got a bottle of the brush cleaner liquid as an extra.

first add just a small amount of liquid to the bowl and feel it with a small amount of warm water. Attachment then goes onto the end of the handheld device. Then you decide which rubber holder goes on to the brush and attachment.
dsc_0655.jpg
I am washing a blush brush, eyeshadow brush and a foundation brush.

Dip the brush into the water then switch on, the brush will then start to spin and open up, this gets right into the hairs to clean off everything. I do this for about 20 seconds.
dsc_0660.jpg
Then lift the brush up above the water and spin for about 10 seconds. This is now drying the brush. You need to be careful when using bigger brushes that you don’t hit the water when clicking on stop, I have done this a few times so it gets wet again lol.
dsc_0661.jpg
It really does clean and dry within 30 seconds and my brush is clean and fluffy again.
Now for the real test, foundation brush. If you are doing a few foundation brushes either wash 1st and clean water or very last.
As you can imagine the water gets filthy.
dsc_0663.jpg
water after cleaning foundation brush. Ok so I tend to have to leave these brushes spinning for about 1 minute because it has a lot to clean but it still cleans quicker than by hand.
dsc_0665.jpg
My brush is clean and soft right through.

You can see how clean my brushes are now. This took me 5 minutes to clean, dry and take photos for this blog and put away.
I have 62 brushes and I use to just keep using clean ones instead of cleaning them, so when it comes to cleaning it took around 2/3 hours and leaving them to dry over night.
I cleaned all my brushes in 25 minutes and they all where pretty much dry. The flat eye shadow brushes don’t completely  dry but they are dry enough to use right away.
But now I probably clean about 20 brushes at a time and that’s what 10 minutes all in.

So the question is…. How much is this and is it worth it?
£50 is a lot of money when you can find alternative products but for me it has made my cleaning brushes so much easier that I don’t find it a chore anymore. To have something clean without scrubbing and dry without leaving over night I would say yes worth every penny.

Heng Fang Lipsticks

Hi Beauties

Today I am reviewing lipsticks that are new to me. I have been using the site Aliexpress for quite sometime now and finding brands that I want to try, so when I find a brand I am not familiar with I google.
So today it is all about Heng Fang Lipsticks.
Ok so I can’t find the exact origin of the brand but it has come up a few times China.
They are inexpensive and it was the packaging I was drawn too rather than the lipstick lol.
dscn2372.jpg

As with all lipsticks I tend to buy 2/3 at a time so I can really test them out. The packaging surprised me because well for an affordable lipstick they ten to be basic plastic, but these are a very thick and tough white plastic that has some weight to them. The design looks like an old temple made to look like a dinosaurs home, hence there is a picture of a dinosaur also.
They are so cute but feel and look expensive.

Now the actual product, I had high hopes for these lipsticks as soon as I had the packaging in my hands, but sadly that was soon dampened. I bought 3 different colours

From Pink to red to orange.
First thing I noticed when swatching they are not creamy at all, they feel like a really cheap lip liner that pulls at your lips.
Second was they are not greatly pigmented, you do need a couple of layers for this to build up.
Thirdly  the colors are a bit off from what I ordered, orange has a pink tone, red has a pink tone and the pink has a lilac tone.
Even though I have said all that I still needed to try them out, so applying to the lips is slow because well they are not creamy, they don’t pull at the lips but they feel dry.
Once on the lips they do last a few hours, they don’t dry the lips out which is strange as they are a dry lipstick. Yes they are matte and wearable but I wasn’t satisfied. So next time I tried lip balm first then the lipstick over it and this helped loads, it went on smoother and felt a lot nicer. The down fall to this way is they don’t last as long. like with most sheen lipsticks the transfer is noticeable. But at least I feel a bit better lol.

I paid £2.49 per lipstick and in all honesty I have £1 lipsticks that work a lot better but I will be keeping them because well look at the packaging 🙂

Happy 2017 :)

Hi Beauties
It’s been a while sine my last blog post :(.
I have had a lot going on with work, Christmas and other stuff, so my blog had to take a back seat, yet I am back again lol as I love blogging and letting those words flow through my fingers for you to read.
===============
I have lots of reviews coming up and I am excited to share all the beautiful products
I have been using.
Here’s a sneak peek at what I am reviewing

img_20170107_111059_695.jpg
wp-1483800255028.jpg
This is just a tipple there are lot’s more to come.
=============
So what’s 2017 got in store for me, well firstly I hope it is better than last year in my personal life. Life had a lot to throw at me last year but I bounced into 2017 with a smile.
I have 3 weddings coming up, I have been asked to do a wedding party makeup, photographs at another wedding. My best friend is getting married in March so it has been fun and games helping her with my other bestie. We are the 3 musketeers lol.
I need a holiday this year, last year I only managed weekends away but want at least a week.
Us musketeers are hoping to go away for a spa weekend, me and my daughter will be visiting Harry Potter studios, we want to go to at least 2 musicals as well.
But in all that I want to find a little job that works around my job now as I need a few more hours work for a few more pennies a month.
==============
I joined slimming world months ago but sadly I couldn’t get back into the swing of things, now I am back and good to get this weight under control.
Over Christmas and New year I actually lost half a pound which was a surprise as I need have a few meals out, but I also stepped up my exercise, which is helping me no end.
=============
As for my Youtube and Instagram they are going from strength to strength, I was very lucky last year to be sent products to review and this year I really want to up my game with reviews, so I am not going to rush the blogs or set days and times I am going to write them and publish at good points for me so you will enjoy them more.
=============
Ok so enough rambling from me, let 2017 be a great year
and I can go now and start getting my blogging head into action 🙂

LQ Liquid

Hi Beauties
A few weeks ago I was asked if I would like to review this product LQ Liquid Health.
I did a bit of reading up on this product and decided to give it ago.
===============
Ok so the company sent me 3 packs of the product which contains 10 bottles in each box.
so a 30 day supply for the review.
Each box cost £29.99 and this is what is inside this slender little bottles.
Multiple key active ingredients and includes marine collagen (7000mg),
hyaluronic acid, resveratrol, silicon, glucosamine, selenium and vitamins.
Collagen is the most abundant, naturally occurring protein in the body and each bottle contains 7000mg of high bioavailability Peptan marine collagen.
Vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress
Selenium which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair
Biotin (vitamin B7) which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair
Vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative  stress.
==================
Now that is a lot of ingredients to work for your hair, skin and nails.
So I put it to the test and this is what I found.
================
The first thing I noticed was it gave me a boost of energy. I notice this due to working morning and evenings I tend to get very tired around 1pm and hate going back to work then lol. I started taking this about an hour after a light lunch and it says it is a liquid food supplement but I couldn’t not eat before taking this because I would be crawling the ceilings lol.
So around 1pm I would take this and just before leaving the house at 2.20pm I was full of energy again and felt ready to tackle the rest of the day. Now I believe this is because of the amount of sweetener I am taking on board with this.
===========
The taste is very sweet at first and took me some getting use to. It is a nice I would say like blackcurrant juice taste, just like I said the first few was face pulling sweet lol.
===========
I left my hair a few days before starting this natural, no oils touched those pesky spilt ends of mine, because I wanted to see if it works on hair like it says it does.
My nails already had acrylics on so I wasn’t sure how I would be able to put it to the test.
My skin I carried on with my day and night routine but kept a close eye on lines and texture.
============
The first 10 bottles did nothing at all for me other than made me get through the afternoon. No change at all was noticed so I began the 2nd box of 10.
Now this is where I started to notice a natural shine starting to loom in my hair, I notice a big difference in the strength also, it wasn’t breaking as much which is great because the way my hair snaps I would be bold in another 10 years.
Still nothing noticeable on my skin. Nails again I couldn’t tell with my nails.
I was now on bottle 17 when I removed my acrylics and as always they are a mess, but after a good clean up and shape I did notice one thing and this was a big change. My nails was not soft and weak and flimsy.
==============
By the 3rd box bottle 21 my hair definitely has a good natural shine, it is stronger and looks healthy again. I had been using a good treatment before hand and like I mentioned I stopped using so I could really test these bottles.
My nails are defiantly stronger and growing a bit quicker, I am use to taking acrylics off and leaving them a few days and one by one the break. None of my nails have broken and it has been over a week.
Now for the last one, my skin as it claims to help, with the amount of collagen in these bottles I would expect a noticeable difference but sadly I haven’t noticed anything big, I feel my skin is slightly plumped but again nothing to jump up and down about, which is a shame as I was hoping for something.
=============
So is £29.99 a lot of money for hair and nails, you could argue both ways. To harden your nails use a hardener, but if you are anything like me I tend to peel it off the 1st night, even if it does taste foul, it is more fun lol.
Hair use an oil or good shampoo or even keep up with your hair dressing appointments. Yep no argument from there.
BUT and it is a big BUT because this gives me an energy boost and  has made my nails stronger easily, which means more time for nail polish 🙂 my hair is stronger I like the product. So yes I would pay £29.99 for this product.
Also if you buy from Holland & Barrett or Boots they have offers on all the time and you can get 2 or 3 boxes cheap as chips.
=============
Here is the link to their website Liquid health
They do others too and I am looking forward to trying the joint & heart liquids.

Genius little bottles.

Hi beauties.
Today’s blog is on Eden’s semilla Essential  oils range.
wp-1476096074337.jpg
I was asked if I would like to review these bottles and because I knew how good their jojoba oil was I knew it was a big fat yes to trying them.
I was sent 12 bottles in all, 2 are sets and 4 singles.
==================
So I was sent these nearly 5 weeks ago now and as you know I like to really test things out good before I give my opinions, so that’s what I did, test test test, such a hard life isn’t it lol
================
The sets come in a thick black box which if it had a bit of ribbon and a bow you could have a ready made gift there for someone, the bottles fit in snug so they don’t get knocked about and no sunlight. The 1st obstacle  for me was opening the box, it is tight and you do need patience but again I can see why they are snug. All bottles are therapeutic grade for aromatherapy, massage and diffusers and all are 10ml.
Ok so the 1st set contains:
Tea Tree
Lemon grass
Rosemary
Frankincense
Click here: SET 1 £7.50.
===============
Ok so the 1st bottle I jumped at was the lemon grass because I do love that scent. I find cleaning with this great too. Add a few drops to water in a spray bottle from the £1 shop and your good to go. It is citric so helps knowing that when cleaning surfaces down it is killing the bacteria.
Rosemary I added a few drops to my normal shampoo along with tea tree to help with hair. It helps to make the scalp cleaner, non itchy and hair growth. I can’t say on my scalp now because I have been using jojoba oil but my husband said his scalp feels much lighter and hair less straw like.
Frankincense I feel is a male scent and my husband  likes this in the candle burner.
It can also be added to your face and body creams to help with wrinkles, dull skin and helps give a glow. I have tried this when a migraine is brewing by adding a couple of dots on the tips of my fingers and rubbing it too my temples. The feeling is strange but it really helped slow the process down which in return helped get my medication kicking in before the clusters started.
Tea Tree. This I started using on my daughter who was getting very upset about her acne.
Add a few drops to some water, dip in a cotton pad and wipe the skin. My daughter only likes to use it at night as it makes her skin too oily for school.
But there has been a visible lift in her skin.

This was after 2 days of using the oil, now her skin is almost clear. She is at school right now so forgot to get the 3rd picture.

The next  box set 3 contains:
Sweet Orange.
Eucalyptus.
Peppermint.
Sandal wood.
Again £7.50 for the set.
Sweet orange mmmmmmm just makes me want to eat lol. I have found this very useful because of it’s mood uplifting properties. I can use it just on a cotton pad in the morning or with my shower gel to really wake me up. Believe me this really does set the day off well.
I can’t seem to use them directly on my skin so they have to diluted or added to a carrier oil or you products themselves.
Eucalyptus & Peppermint have been a god scent.
As I am typing I am just a day out of bed from the flu and because I don’t own a diffuser I have a bowl with hot water in front of me, I have added these 2 oils and Rosemary as it helps with breathing and colds ect, Rosemary helps with the lungs and I need that so much right now.
Adding lavender oil instead of Rosemary or both is really nice at night time for calming and breathing ready for me to go to bed.
If you have a diffuser or candle burner, add Eucalyptus, peppermint and sweet orange or lemon to it with a bit of water and feel your mood lift up.
Sandalwood again I feel is a male scent, it is nice but just not me but this is really good for helping calm the nerves, de-stress so to speak. My daughter has been using this too in her room and she has said she feels a lot calmer but without the sleepiness. Because yes we started with lavender lol.
I also received 4 single bottles which one was the lavender oil.
I wanted to mention this one before this blog got way to long because well it just needed it.
I have tried many many many thousands of concoctions as an aid to help me sleep, but sadly they ether didn’t work or stopped working after a couple of weeks.
Well I can honestly tell you I have not slept as many hours as I have in the last month than properly my whole life lol. Jezzzzzzz this is some good oil, I tried doing the palm inhale 1st but found that it is too strong that it kicked off the pain from something else. I also tried the drops on my temples but again too strong but now I have found what works for me.
Every single night I get into bed, take a whiff so to speak deep breath and exhale and repeat 3 times. I normally lay awake a good few hours before finally drifting off and wake and drift and well you get the picture. Now I don’t remember falling asleep and yes I do still wake but not always, I ave actually slept a solid 6 hours a night quite a few times a week.
From the lavender alone you know this is a top grade oil and I it is a nice affordable price.
With all the different elements of use with all 12 oils there is something in there for everyone. I have only skimmed the surface of this and feel I should do a video explaining more or maybe do a part 2 blog. Not sure right now but I am sure of is these oils.
I am very thankfully to have been given the opportunity to try them because the benefits are far more than the pennies for these.
